From the reviews
Last year I underwent an ACL revision. Unlike my first time through ACL rehab I was struggling with several set backs and becoming very discouraged that any further improvement could be made to my overall function. Luckily I found Dr. Ramsey and began therapy treatments at his clinic.
My significant other hurt her neck and was in a lot of pain. Dr. Dave Ramsey, DPT, was able to help her out by identifying & diagnosing the injury, providing hands-on therapy, rehab exercises, percussion/massage gun, dry-needling and cupping.
Dr. Ramsey has become an integral part of my health and well-being. He is kind and knowledgeable, uses techniques such as cupping, needling, adjustments, and a range of physical therapy I had never thought to explore. My back pain used to debilitate me into bed for days on end. I run everyday now. Thank you Dr. Ramsey!

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
