From the reviews
Physiopros was critical to my son’s calf injury rehab. I think they are fantastic whether or not you’re an athlete recovering from injury, but since my son is a basketball player, we were especially happy with the safe return to play protocols they followed which were very much tailored to his sport.
I came to Physiopros with an injury to my neck and lower back. I was struggling with numbness, pain, and stiffness. It was hard to sleep, work out, or care for my patients at work without my neck or back feeling irritated. I was feeling hopeless until meeting the team at Physiopros.
I absolutely love my results with Physio Pros! I first worked with them two years ago after my left knee ACL reconstruction surgery. From day one, everyone there made me feel energized and constantly motivated me to push myself.
My doctor referred me to Physiopros for a bicep/shoulder injury, and never having had any type of physical therapy before I was skeptical they would be able to help. Over the course of a month my injury has steadily improved and my pain level decreased and the experience working with them has been absolutely amazing.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
