I liked my package so much, that I sent one present to the door for Samantha in return as a bonus! [Stay updated on Messenger App (upgrade Sept to Oct) for video messages.] 10/01Fri

I was having pretty intense back pain and had a massage with Joanna today and had such a wonderful experience! I have had massages elsewhere but this was by far the best. She asked really good questions to find out what I wanted from the massage, and gave me exactly what I wanted. I feel so much better.

I have had two deep tissue massages here and they have been WONDERFUL! Alicia, the massage therapist, is one of a kind and truly gifted. The ambiance is relaxing and promotes peace and renewal in body and mind. The staff is very professional, friendly, and accommodating.

My 1st is it as I was tagging along with a friend who is in love with the services this lady provides. She did mention that the prices went up just a little bit but seemed very friendly and accommodating and my friend was very pleased.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
