From the reviews
I had taken my daughter to at least 5 different doctors for her migraines and nothing was helping. Then we tried Dr. Bennetts and her headaches have progressively gotten better. He does great work and sincerely cares about his patients.
I've had issues with my hip since I was 16 and fell down the stairs at work. I've been to a lot of chiropractors over the years and all helped a little, but there always seemed to be something missing. A couple years ago the pain got so bad that I went to my primary care Dr. about it.
I was very skeptical about going to a chiropractor but after my first visit I loved it!! It's very professional and he answers any questions I have! I love it!!! It's been 2 weeks and I'm feeling better then I have in years!! I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!!
Great place. Very helpful, and the Doctor has great bedside manor.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
