From the reviews
…We were able to experience the vast array of therapies that they have including massage therapy, cupping and accupuncture and we are going into maintenance mode after a number of reoccurring weekly sessions. We are feeling so much better!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Dalton a little over a month now (10+ visits) and I have seen huge improvements in my initial neck and lower back pain. He was able to pin point some key things in my treatment that I noticed an immediate difference when I performed the exercises and stretches.
I am incredibly grateful for the care my family and I have received from Dr. Dalton and Dr. Kristen over the past five years. Through injuries, pregnancy, childbirth and everything in between, I have been met with compassion and skill to support me every step.
Dr. Dalton Wood is highly professional, knowledgeable, and listens well. He asks questions, makes suggestions, and does not just ‘go through the motions’ of treatment.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
