From the reviews
highlights: personalized care, patient focus, flexibility, low pressure, friendly environment, straightforward payment plan/expenses if i could give peak performance (specifically Dr. Sam) a 10 star review, i would.
Evan and Shane at the Detroit location were outstanding with the recovery and rehab of my foot injury. They were able to get my foot back to full strength in order to resume the physical activities I wanted to perform again (running and basketball). On top of that they were very nice and personable.

I will be forever grateful to her because Peak Performance turned out to be an incredible facility with an outstanding staff who did an amazing job in guiding me from the…
I cannot recommend Tony enough. I came in with a running injury, and for the first time, someone actually took the time to correctly diagnose the root cause—not just treat the symptoms. What sets him apart is his ability to look beyond the pain and identify what’s truly driving the issue.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
