From the reviews
After my release from Jordan Valley Hospital I was very lucky to have Dr. Daniel Sandberg as my Physical Therapist. He provided excellent, effective and beneficial therapy for me, Dr. Sandberg i was very professional and caring as he helped me to improve my skills.
Daniel is an excellent physical therapist. One of the best I’ve worked with. I saw him for two separate injuries. He is top notch with his diagnostic abilities and prescribes a perfect rehabilitation plan. He also is amazing with his dry needling. I don’t think I would have recovered nearly as quickly without it.
Daniel is a great therapist! He is very respectful, kind and listens to you. He explains everything in great detail & answers to all questions/concerns in a professional manner. He guided to me towards the appropriate therapies & exercises I needed to recover. I highly recommend Daniel Sandberg.
Dr. Sandberg is a wonderful listener and knows how to get me back in shape. I've had both my ACL's replaced and have had many physical therapists, and I count Dan as one of the absolute best.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
