From the reviews

I can’t say enough great things about Paul, who is saving my life. He is an EXPERT at deep tissue work, along with other modalities (cupping, scraping, etc.), and I’d have to agree with his bio which describes his style of massage as, “intense, but effective”.

Tasha is so professional and gives a good amount of pressure during her massages. Most times I have to ask therapist to use more pressure but with her I only had to ask for less a few times. She was so kind and even talked to me a bit about things that were causing me stress.

Paul and Tasha are truly two of the most experienced massage therapist I have ever been too. They are both extremely professional, educated, and they both have the gift to heal. I would recommend them to anyone for any type of muscle healing and moving blocked energy out of the body/system.

My wife found Paul and Tasha Massage online and set up an appointment same day. They are very flexible with schedules and friendly. Paul made it easy to relax and he gave a great massage as well as giving me more advice for what I can do to help with sciatic nerve pain. It was an overall enjoyable experience.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
