From the reviews
This is the best place to get back to normal life. Dr. Mark is amazing and patient with me, and everyone is passing on the treatment, taking care of how I'm feeling.
The staff was so good with my little one, Jessica was our favorite, she was the one that worked with us the most, and was so sweet to us. That was our favorite part of the visit! The front desk lady was also so sweet
When I first started working with Mike and the team some months ago, I was beginning to feel that the pain I had after my accident was permanent, and that I just had to accept that this was how my life was moving forward.
Really great experience. Dani is super sweet and makes sure to help you with appointments in a flexible and understanding manner when/if you need to reschedule or cancel last minute. You can tell the clinic really cares about their patients and makes sure they are informed while they are being treated. Dr.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
