From the reviews

Patrick's treatment was by far the best acupuncture session I have ever had. He listened to my words and to my body's communication deeply. He found all my spots that I held tension and his acupuncture really helped. Then he added wonderful gua sha and cupping! I felt so cared for.

★★★★★ — Joanne, May 2025

Patrick, by far, is the Zen master of Accupuncture. He listens to your every concern verbally and also listens to your body speak of what is really going on with you. He takes his time and not only tells you of each and every step, he speaks positively to your body to be certain both understands the healing journey.

I was experiencing incredible pain in my legs, lower back and shoulders for weeks. I went to a medical doctor and the diagnosis was arthritis, sciatica and getting old. No remedy. I went to my first visit with Patrick and was miraculously out of pain. I was sore; however not the throbbing pain I was in.

★★★★★ — Michael, Mar 2024

Patrick Fahey is the best in his field. Very professional, thorough, attentive, extremely knowledgeable, and has really made a difference in how I feel. I highly recommend him.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
