From the reviews
Had a great experience with Lili’s breathwork session, she was super helpful, very compassionate and attentive to my personal case. She gave me invaluable tips and guidance and I recommend 10/10 to book an appointment with her.
I attended a breath work event with Lili Last month at Banya. She was an excellent teacher. Confident, knowledgeable, and supportive. She made us all feel very comfortable and safe. After our breath work, we all enjoyed the hot saunas and cold plunge.
I attended a breathwork event Lili conducted at Banya. She was wonderful at making a small group feel relaxed and connected. The breathwork was challenging but she also made it easy for you to modify or adjust to your own pace. One person at the end didn't want to open their eyes and come back from the experience!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
