From the reviews
It's a great place to do cupping. Staffs here are friendly and they do the best for your servicing.
If you need a chiropractor this is the right place! And if you think you don’t need, let’s think about it because you probably do... :) Dr Jenna and Paige are absolutely awesome, and extremely professional. Before getting adjusted (treated) they do a full checkup to provide the best experience for you.
My kids and I have been going to Paragon Chiropractic since shortly after they opened. We love everyone there! When you walk in, you're treated like family. They are genuinely interested in what's going on in your life and what you have been up to. Dr Jenna's techniques are gentle and effective for all of us.
Jenna and Paige are personable and very attentive to my needs. When you walk in, there’s an Ipad to check in and record your symptoms. It’s an open area, including the area where Jenna does her adjustments. They offer water and fresh fruit; essential oils are diffused which offers a welcoming environment.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
