From the reviews
I had an great experience with my first visit and my massage therapist Natalie. From the moment I walked in i was put me at ease by the greet staff and the environment. The setting was incredibly relaxing, the lighting and music calming, all creating the perfect atmosphere for a massage.
I received a gift card for a massage at the Papillon Day Spa. I did the sixty minute massage with Natalie and it was phenomenal! The spa is very nice with a cozy atmosphere. The massage room was very calming and had a great ambiance. Natalie was very pleasant and excellent at what she does. I can’t wait to go back.
I had a 90 minute massage with Natalie last week. It was one of the best massages I've had. She worked on a particular area that was very tight, and two days later it feels so much better. She was kind and unassuming. Will definitely be booking again next month.
I tried this spa on a whim after searching the internet for places with good reviews, and it did not disappoint! I have never gotten a massage before so I was a little nervous, but Natalie made me feel very welcomed and relaxed! I really appreciated her kind demeanor and the massage was great! Thank you Natalie!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
