“At first, I just wanted to try it out using my Kaiser insurance and didn’t expect too much, but after the session, I really felt it was worth it.”

From the reviews
I’ve been getting massages here for the past 1.5 years, and I can honestly say Nora is the best massage therapist I’ve ever experienced. She specializes in deep tissue work and has an incredible ability to locate and target pain points with precision.
This was my first time trying this type of insured massage service, and I was really impressed. The therapist was very professional, and my neck and shoulders felt much more relaxed afterward. Pricing was transparent with no upselling, which I really appreciated.
Sofia is amazing! Her massage technique is very professional and relaxing. She knew exactly where to focus, and I felt so much better afterward. The environment is clean, cozy, and smells great. Highly recommend her
The massage was amazing, incredible experience. Easy to get to the location and has the nicest staff. Has great service and affordable. I would recommend it to anyone!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
