Very thorough - i always carry a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck. After my session, I can tell there’s a huge difference in my range of motion and my neck isn’t so painfully tight.
I have not had a professional massage in over a year and was a little worried so I asked for something light, Jun slowly workedon my back until I was in a very comfortable place for therapeutic massage.
Injured my lower back and hip so I decided to give her therapeutic massage a try. After the first visit I felt instant relief. She performed various techniques such as cupping, hot stone, heat therapy and Guasha. Will definitely be going back for more treatments when needed.
I got deep tissue massage with cupping from Jun.I had lower back pain and knees issues. I felt great after the massage. It is very helpful, And easy parking.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
