“Very personable while still maintaining professionalism and also making you feel so comfortable like you’ve known her all your life!”
“As a previous athlete, I would try to push to the point of pain and even crying to finish a set and Heather would stop me and say "You're not helping yourself if you're hurting yourself.”
“The facility is clean and it offers many opportunities to accomplish any and all exercises.”
“I was initially nervous about going to Pacific Pro as I had never heard of them and never been there for Physical Therapy.”

Thank you, thank you, thank you! Heather, Brandon, Clarissa, David and Sandra,...or as I call them the dream team! I have been going to Pacific Pro for the past 2 years after switching from another provider. This awesome team has helped me to recover from a car accident, surgeries, and overall pain.
A excellent physical therapy facility. I have been to several other P/T and by far this is the BEST! Kayla is caring and knowledgeable. The P/T workers have a wonderful, camaraderie with each other. A happy place.......
I was initially nervous about going to Pacific Pro as I had never heard of them and never been there for Physical Therapy. My Orthopedic Surgeon said they were very good. Upon arriving the building looked very empty as opposed to another facility that I had been to.
David Alkhoutoff is an excellent physical therapist. He is kind, professional, and always courteous. During each session, he demonstrates a deep understanding of pressure points and knows exactly where to apply the right amount of pressure to help alleviate pain.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
