I absolutely recommend. I was having extreme neck pain and could barely turn my neck to drive or any other normal activity. I received 5 treatments over 5 weeks and I have mobility back. It was not painful at all and honestly relaxing. Also, the office, doctor and staff were very nice and kind.
I was sent here by the VA Community Health folks for some pain treatment and management and I have to say this place is great. The place seems small but cozy and the staff is awesome. The lovely lady Mrs. Julie really gets deep into your tissues and makes it hu4t a little but it hurts in a good way.
Professional, clean, and very effective. I’ve tried several places before, but the care here is top-notch. I’m already seeing improvements in my overall health and will definitely be back for regular maintenance. Great service!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
