From the reviews
I selected Pacific Physical Therapy based on a neighbor’s favorable recommendation. I wanted to relieve knee and back pain, and gain better mobility. pPT’s facility is bright, clean and spacious. It’s managed by a professional and efficient staff.
I came to Pacific Physical Therapy for ankle and foot pain and had an excellent experience from start to finish. I worked with two therapists, and both were outstanding—knowledgeable, attentive, and thoughtful in tailoring the exercises to my situation. The program they designed made a real and noticeable improvement.
My time with Pacific Physical therapy in Port Orchard was excellent. Meghan Giery and everyone else that I had contact with from the reception to other employees was an expectational experience. The time that the staff put into making sure my recovery after knee surgery was nothing short of amazing.
I had an amazing experience working with Lacye at Pacific Physical Therapy for an ankle injury. Thanks to her expertise, personalized exercises, and constant encouragement, I’m finally back to running and hiking with significantly less pain!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
