I did the shiatsu with cupping massage with Sasa. She was amazing. You can tell she has extensive experience and knows her way around your unique issues with your muscles and what you need to target specifically. Very friendly. I will definitely be back to see Sasa again!
Gifted an hour prenatal massage here. The spa is in a small like shopping center area. Upon arrival, the spa was clean and neat. I did have to wait about 10 minutes past the time of my reservation. It seems like a small family owned business, all of the ladies were very friendly and very attentive to your needs.
Oriental Pearl Spa is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!! My husband booked an hour long prenatal massage for my birthday and my body feels glorious. My masseuse was gentle, knowledgeable and very kind. All of the ladies that work here are all sweet and upbeat. They are very welcoming and immediately put you at ease.
Have had 6 or 7 massages from here now and they’ve always been pretty good. I like the ease of being able to typically just walk in and get a quick 60 minute massage without having to schedule. Anytime I have a random stubborn knot or tightness I swing by for a tune up.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
