From the reviews
Decided I was due some self care. Massage is not always my first go to because I've had masseuses that talk the whole session or left me feeling bruised and sore for days. I've been following Theresa on FB and decided to give massage another try. Her space is tastefully done, warm and smells wonderful.
I had a wonderful experience here and will definitely be going back. Theresa has a gentle but firm touch. I hate going to get a massage and feeling bruised and sore the next day, but she was able to give me a relaxing massage without too much pressure. The atmosphere is relaxing and the warm towels are a nice touch.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I received a free massage as part of a fundraiser after my surgery, and I finally got to redeem it today — it was absolutely incredible! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and completely at ease.
I had a massage with Theresa and it was amazing! I feel like she really listened to what I asked for and helped every way she could. Her space is very welcoming and the massage bed is so comfortable!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
