Hi, I went to Fremont Therapy in Rock Springs Wyoming. Not only do I have a bionic arm after 6 months of therapy, but my emotional and psychological well fair are at an all time high. Ryan was the best PTer anyone could have asked for.
I have been working with Ryan for about 7 months and she is phenomenal! From helping with my initial injury to getting my shoulder moving again after surgery, I couldn't ask for a better experience! She gives great care and makes you comfortable when your in a very vulnerable place.
The Physical Therapist at Rocky Mountain sports & Physical Therapy are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The staff is very personable as well. After my second visit they knew my name and and treated me like family. They are always prepared for my visit and I am not made to sit and wait, which I appreciate.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
