…At her recommendation, I experienced fire cupping for the first time, an elevated addition that complemented the treatment and enhanced the overall release. With each progression, I could feel a profound sense of balance being restored throughout my body.
CeCe was wonderful. This is my new favorite place. She applied just the right pressure. I have back pain and also pulled a muscle and she worked it out. She actually listened to my problem and worked in those areas more!! I really appreciate that. I give her 5 stars. Use the stones and the essential oil.
I’ve been other places but always come back here. It’s always been consistent and leaving satisfied every time. Usually I end up adding another half an hour if I can because they’re so good moved out of town now I have to drive 20 minutes to get there, but it’s worth it.
My only issue is how they pressure you to tip. If you pay the amount given they'll ask you to pay again. The first time I was confused. The price said 60 and I gave 60. She then tapped on menu price sheet at the amount and I paid that. I was like what do you want?!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
