Embody wellness has many therapist to choose from and many of them have their own niche or specialization. I love seeing Abby, the owner, as she really knows how to work on neck issues and glutes. My husband goes to Saul, who also does deep tissue, blading, and cupping. .
My massage and my therapist, Jess, made a huge difference to me and my health following an accident. I hurt my right hip and in time it traveled to my rt. leg. I had an xray, ct scan, examinations. No change.

well ... Jamie was excellent and knowledgeable and sensitive .... I'd recommend that to anyone! also the place is lovely and the other staff I met was also. Plus Jamie taught me a lot about Lymphatic Drainage massage ... so very gentle and soft ... like caresses ...
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
