From the reviews
After feeling a heaviness in my pelvic region and some bladder issues following having both of my babies, I went to my gyno. He determined that I would benefit from pelvic floor therapy and recommended Optimal Movement. Dr.
I have only had a couple sessions with Olga so far but I am blown away! One of the main issues I went in with is resolving and I’m at shocked that it’s happening so quickly. Olga is so kind, patient, and warm and really hears what I have to say. I feel extremely comfortable in the facility.
Olga totally turned my life around both pre and post surgery, as well as with other exercises which gave me an entire new experience of my body. Olga is caring and extremely knowledgeable and fun. Olga is easy and clear to understand and is very kind. In my lifetime I've been to many physical therapists.
Dr.Koza is a miracle worker! She is so thorough and knowledgeable that by the time I graduated PT, I had learned how to avoid future problems. I saw her postpartum and again to prep for baby #2. I have her to thank for my second coming out in 2 pushes and feeling infinitely better after birth.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
