I went on a spa day with some of my best friends. Everything was perfect. The atmosphere was amazing. The services were nop notch!! We had a hiccup- my friend got ill. It was like it was no big deal. Everything was handled, and I never felt that relaxed in my life.
I have seen all 3 doctors for my chiropractic care. I would recommend all of them. They are each great and all have different yet equal strengths. I always walk out feeling much better. I was having so much pain, but after several visits have greatly improved.
My first appointment was incredibly positive. I received an appointment quickly. When I arrived, I was greeted in a welcoming manner and the staff were informative and helpful. Dr. Briscoe answered all of my questions and I must say that after my initial visit, I felt so much better.
Such nice people and very thorough. The doctors there are very knowledgeable and can get you back in shape in no time flat. They are not like the traditional snap, crackle, and pop type of chiropractors. They pinpoint the problem and gently fix it so you can get back to yourself in no time. I LOVE THEM!!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
