From the reviews

Nicole is absolutely amazing!! I have had a few injuries that only seem to be relieved by extensive massage and Nicole pinpointed every issue that I am having and was able to release the muscles. After the massage I was able to move in ways I haven't been able to move in a very long time.

★★★★★ — Matt, Oct 2023

Professional environment and ability to get to the source of an issue. Went to see Nicole for some tightness I was feeling in my back, caused from sitting in my desk chair for long periods of time.

★★★★★ — Jennifer, Sep 2021

Update: I had an appointment with Janel today. She is fantastic! Janel has the experience, skill and strength to take care your issues. I highly recommend Janel, as well as Nicole! Hands on Moxie is the only place I would go for a therapeutic massage. I had an appointment with Nicole yesterday.

★★★★★ — Mike, Jul 2026

I have had multiple appointments with Nicole and each time she listens to me and provides exactly what I need. As someone who competes in powerlifting, sometimes my issues require intense and specific attention and the correct treatment is always used.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
