I have had two 90 minute massages with Said, with strong pressure as requested. He is an excellent masseur, combining various modalities to stretch, knead and really get the fascia released. He did things no other therapist has done before, for example massaging the insides of my ears!
This is a hidden gem! I’ve been getting massages for years and this is now my fav! Said made my experience extremely pleasant. He is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and polite. My services included the 90 minute Swedish massage with stretching (must have) and hot towel. Loved it! Book today people…!

My wife and I have been getting massages for the past 15 years via approximately 10 different massage therapists, And no one can compare to Ohlala wellness center. A friend of mine by the name of Judy had referred me over to Said and it was Hands-down, the best massage I’ve ever had to date.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
