From the reviews

Jane is the best She helped me so much in my life. I thought that I would need God for bed back surgery, but she helped me One year ago and now she helped me with other body parts that hurt me and she is devoted dedicated. She took me in right away. She puts her customers first.

I came in with a shoulder knot that was causing me so much pain I could barely sleep or function - Jane was my last resort and she absolutely delivered. Not only do I feel better and more relaxed, but I think I’ll sleep better tonight as a result. Thank you Jane! 5/5 highly recommend

★★★★★ — Symone, Jan 2026

Jane was awesome - I walked in with sciatic pain and walked out feeling much much better than when I walked in. She’s very skilled and has been doing this a long time. I highly reccomend anyone with pain to try out apotherapy with Jane.

Jane is an angel from the heavens above. I had a cervical neck fusion at the end of January 2025 and was suffering from neck and shoulder spams. In just one session she has made a massive difference in the pain I was feeling.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
