From the reviews
I booked a last-minute prenatal massage with Nichole at Nurture Massage Therapy, and it was a phenomenal experience. Nichole was incredibly informative and attentive, walking me through every position and technique.
Nicole and Hayley are both incredibly kind and clearly very passionate about providing quality care. My postpartum massage was exceptional. Nicole was very receptive to my complaints and focus areas as she developed a plan within the session to meet my needs.
I loved my time with Nurture Massage. Nichole is amazing! I went in for the Labor Prep massage. She helped me feel so relaxed and ready for labor! My sweet baby girl came two days after our session.
Nicole was amazing! She made me feel comfortable right away and checked in throughout the session to make sure the pressure and techniques were just right. Her communication was amazing , and I could tell she really cared about my experience. I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. I’ll definitely be back !
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
