I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Prenatal Postnatal Therapy! Dr. Kaitlyn Smith and Dr. Leslie Kramer have played an incredible role in both my prenatal journey for birth and my recovery postpartum. When I was pregnant with my son 3 years ago, I struggled with pelvic pain and prenatal depression.
Where to even begin. I learned about Prenatal Postnatal Therapy through social media. It was suggested to me to find a place that offered it and their ad popped up. I reached out about a discovery call, and within a day or two I heard back from them and was setting up my first appointment.
I wasn't 100% sure what to expect in terms of services. I thought it was just like physical therapy, doing exercises the whole time. Boy was I wrong! There was a lot more to it. Different treatment options, including cupping & Shockwave therapy.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
