I was diagnosed with an aggressive and more type of lymphoma in November 2025 and told treatment needs to start very quickly. Crazy, when I felt the best I have in my life about to get married.
I have Lyme disease and Coinfections since 2011. Unfortunately was exposed to high levels of mold and have a serious Candida issue. I have been seriously considering several Practitioners but after visiting Nourish and speaking with Dr Morales my search has ended.
Dr. Vang is an excellent acupuncturist. He listens to your concerns and takes the time to understand your needs. His treatments are thoughtfully tailored, and you can tell he genuinely cares about your progress and overall well-being.
Dr. Stephanie Zaverdas is amazing! Where do I even begin? At the start of this school year, my oldest son (13) was struggling in school. What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
