From the reviews

Lucinda is amazing! She is professional and very experienced. I see her monthly and I always look forward to seeing her as she always works out all the kinks in my neck and back. Her office is quiet and relaxing. I enjoy her on a personal level as well and she's such a great person.

★★★★★ — Andrea, Feb 2023

Great work on my TMJ issues. Very accommodating to what works best for you. Very knowledgeable about how your body works, explains what you are experiencing, what she's doing, what to expect. I felt like I was in good hands. Already scheduled follow up appointments.

★★★★★ — Brian, Jun 2026

I've been going to Lucinda for nearly a year now. Her space is safe and calming. Lucinda has gone out of her way to help provide some relief for my husband who has Lewy Body Dementia and Parkinson's. We both leave with a happier mind, body, and soul.

★★★★★ — Jane, Aug 2022

Lucinda always sits with me before hand to figure out my “problem areas,” where I really need her to focus and dig in. I’ve never left her office unsatisfied. I can move better, and even breathe better because of her!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
