From the reviews

I am grateful to Dr. Kinal Patel for helping me overcome my chronic pain. For years I suffered from back & neck pains that made everyday activities difficult. Dr. Patel's personal approach made all the difference.

Dr Kinal is the best Chiro you will ever find. I have seeing her for well over 10yrs. She like my little sister. If you come to see her you will get a full examination and treatment plan. I have had 10 surgeries, 4 of the fusion and she will not shy away for hlepping you like a lot of Chiropractors would.

★★★★★ — Charles, Oct 2025

I’ve had the privilege of working with Kinal for over 10 years, and I can confidently say she is one of the best in her field. As a gym owner/performance coach, I’ve trusted her to work not only on myself but also on many of the high profile athletes I train.

★★★★★ — Kerry, Aug 2025

Dr. Kinal Patel is an amazing, kind, compassionate, and truly caring practitioner. My family has been going to her for several years, and she has consistently gone above and beyond to help us. Unlike many others who focus only on temporary relief, Dr.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
