Time at Noah Thai Massage is one of my favorite parts of visiting San Diego. ( I just had 4 massages in 2 wks, and a friend gets 3/wk when she goes). Noah is very well trained in several treatment modalities, he’s personable and professional.
I have been lucky to have been referred to Noah over 5 years ago. He does the best Thai massage I have ever had, is intuitive, and does a deep tissue, cupping, hot stones - or a combination of those based on my needs and wishes.
My lower back was really stiff to the point that I called out of work. Thankfully, I found Noah's practice and he was able to see me the same day. I've had a number of massages, some feel good, some don't and others truly feel like they heal me. This massage was healing.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
