I had my first emotional clearing massage last evening and it was excellent. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Nicole explained everything as she went, which really put me at ease. The emotional clearing was incredibly accurate.
I started my first few visits because I was having discomfort from chronic neck and back pain. My chiropractor recommended her to help loosen things up to have more relief. It really helped, relaxes my muscles and tendons so the adjustments are more successful.

Incredible massage!! Nicole did an amazing job. The pressure was fantastic! I have been dealing with a hip issue for 4 months, and she got in there good! She actually focused on the issue at hand, along with the rest of my body! The studio was clean, and she had a weighted blanket on the table that was fantastic!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
