From the reviews
This is my go-to place when I am in need of physical therapy. Megan and her staff are very friendly and great at what they do. They are very knowledgeable in body mechanics, and they continue to learn and keep up on new information and techniques.
Meghan Roper is a 10 out of 10!! I told her tonight that she is quite literally God's gift to my ankle. I have struggled for years in simple activities, including even walking. This weekend I was able to go hiking and rock climbing. I made it to the top of the mountain, and tears of joy rolled down my cheeks.
A very comfortable environment. The staff is very helpful, and listens to what your needs are as to better help you recover faster or as best as possible comfortably!!! I really appreciate all they do!!
Love this place! Megan is an excellent physical therapist and the staff are knowledgeable and make the work fun. Facility is spacious and clean. Thanks guys.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
