“She's super skilled and has so many techniques, she's such a warm genuine human being, and the massage itself was glorious!”
“I was also blown away by Ani's knowledge of the human body - she noted a tilt in my pelvis that explains years of slight discomfort that I've been feeling.”
“Ani is a truly talented therapist in addition to being a calm, caring, patient, and very cool human being!”
From the reviews
I had an amazing experience at Newtown Square Healing Arts! The atmosphere was incredibly calming and Ani was welcoming and professional. My massage was exactly what I needed — relaxing, therapeutic, and tailored to my needs. I left feeling completely rejuvenated.
WOW! I just had a distance reiki session with Ani and it was wonderful. The session itself was relaxing, rejuvenating, and felt very supportive as well as grounding.
Ani guided my first meditation experience. It was deeper than I had anticipated. You can only teach yourself so much. If you’re new to meditation, like me,I would recommend a guided session with Ani. I couldn’t have achieved the depth of focus w/o her! I felt safe enough to go that deep.
I was experiencing a lot of pain in my neck and shoulder, and Ani provided an incredible massage that made a huge difference. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and professional, treating every area that could be connected to my discomfort.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
