…I felt mildly sore for a few weeks and had some minor bruising. About 4 weeks or so after the second session, I started noticing some visible results on my arms. I was so pleased with the results I decided to come back and do another location. I am now also considering additional services.
Staff is really friendly and took care of all my needs. Definitely recommended the stretch by Zahara as it felt rejuvenating and refreshing. Giselle also provided me with the cupping facial which really helped with improving blood flow and circulation. 10/10 service!
From the moment I walked in, I knew this spa was special. The staff are not only warm and welcoming but also highly professional, making you feel completely at ease. I had my first Pico Laser treatment with Giselle to target fine lines, sun spots, and skin tightening. The results have been nothing short of incredible.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
