From the reviews
I’ve been going to New Vibes for about a year now, and I can’t recommend them enough! They offer acupuncture, dry needling, fire cupping, muscle testing, Chinese herbs and more, and every service I’ve tried has been incredible. Jordan, the owner and lead acupuncturist, is absolutely amazing.
Update: April 2026 Life got busy life got life... I got lifed, lol. After being away for a couple months and then coming back I noticed an immediate and profound difference. And then life came again and pulled away for an additional 3 weeks.
Came with lower back problems, constant aching, and other minor issues that would pain me. Over time Jordan and his team were able to treat my pain with the relaxing and clean atmosphere they provided along with the acupuncture and cupping
After experiencing vertigo for seven weeks, I was advised to try acupuncture. I found New Vibes Health and Acupuncture and scheduled my first appointment on March 9. After just three visits, the vertigo was completely gone. I chose to continue treatment, and soon other minor ailments began to disappear as well.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
