From the reviews

I wish I could duplicate Ben so my friends and family everywhere could have access to his exceptional healing practice. I first met Ben when I was experiencing severe pain going down my right arm. Another practitioner determined it was a pinched nerve between my C3 and C4, but wasn't able to help through PT.

★★★★★ — Elizabeth, Jan 2024

I did two acupuncture marathons with Ben. Approx 20 sessions in two months for two years. My first experience with acupuncture was over 40 years ago. I have always turned to acupuncture for health issues. Ben integrates acupuncture and body alignment.

★★★★★ — Paula, Apr 2025

In 3 sessions my left shoulder and neck pain has greatly improved and have not had any discomfort in my low back after herniating an L5/S1 disc since. Each visit has been relaxing and I have had a great experience. Ben really knows what he is doing!

★★★★★ — Kerri, Sep 2022

I've had an absolutely great experience with Ben thus far. His professionalism and care are the cherry on top of his in-depth healing practice. Dealing with back pain for past four or so years after the birth of my son, I have tried other acupuncture practices and modalities with little results.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
