From the reviews

Love Dr Stephanie. I was in so much pain and seriously depressed for a very long time. Thought I give acupuncture a shot, since nothing else was working. I have a really bad neck and back and sciatica. Really didn’t believe in it. After the first session I already felt better.

I came to Dr. Stephanie just over a month ago for problems with my digestive track. She has been incredibly helpful with finding the root cause and giving me the tools to help heal my digestive system. I have had many wins since coming to see her.....

I feel so blessed to have met Dr. Stephanie. She has helped my wife, my daughter, and I get healthy naturally. I went to see her because I was struggling with several issues like pylori bacteria overgrowth, anxiety, stress, pain in my upper right side abdomen, muscle pain, etc.

I’m so grateful that I found Dr. Stephanie! Her energy is amazing as well as her facility! I expressed my concerns to her and she recommended acupuncture for me. Now, I’ve done acupuncture before but not the way she does it with Infrared lights and crystallized beds!!! INCREDIBLE!!!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
