From the reviews
TJ is an amazing massage therapist! I’m so lucky I discovered him. The ambiance of his studio combined with the sound bowls and cupping were divine and just what my body needed. I would recommend him to anyone as part of your wellness routine.
As a former professional athlete and skier with over 14 surgeries , my body requires much maintenance and self-care. I found TJ only a few years ago And he’s not only one of the most genuine human , But he really No, how to help your body feel better.
TJ is an absolute GEM! He is the best massage therapist in UT (by far) and I’m so glad we found him! The cupping massages, deep tissue, and lymphatic drainage techniques he uses are the perfect mix. He is so welcoming and personable and passionate!
TJ is AMAZING!!!! I've seen him twice so far, and he has already worked through a lot of my joint pain and muscle tightness/soreness. Highly recommend!!! Also, if you're able, try cupping. IT'S GREAT!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
