From the reviews
Sarah was recommended to me by a friend, and I’m so glad I went. I have been dealing with a pinched nerve and really needed some relief—not just a typical massage. I was skeptical at first, but Sarah exceeded my expectations. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and targeted every area that needed attention.
Sarah is one of, if not, the most in-tuned muscular therapists. She is the most dedicated and passionate person I've ever met in her field. She is constantly learning and obtaining new certifications to better serve her clients. Sarah is warm, kind and extremely experienced.
Sarah is an extraordinary practitioner, I highly recommend going and visiting her. Extremely knowledgeable, kind and proficient at her practice. Her cranial sacral work is amazing!
Sarah is highly skilled and educated in various healing modalities. Her sessions are wonderful and I highly recommend her!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
