From the reviews
I can’t say enough great things about Natural Wellness Physiotherapy and Clayton. This is actually the second time I’ve seen him, and once again he delivered incredible results. I went in with severe shoulder pain — it had gotten so bad that I couldn’t even lift my arm to do my hair or put dishes away.
If there were mountain tops in Wichita to shout the praises from I would be there!! I came to NWP out of pure desperation. At 33 years old I could not sit for any length of time, I could not stand up correctly, I couldn't cross my legs, bend forward.. the list goes on and on.
I was struggling with a common problem for many of us menopausal women. Urgency, always looking for the bathroom etc. I refused to resort to incontinence products. I started seeing Kiersten and within a few weeks had incredible progress.
Hi. My name is John Schrader. I injured my left shoulder back in 2013 from falling from a ladder. In the following 10 years I went to three different physical therapists and none of them improved my left shoulder function and strength. I was referred to Dr Kiersten by a friend.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
