From the reviews

We moved here last year from Southern California so I’ve had my fair share of massages, hands down best massage I’ve ever had right here in the springs. I’m a weight lifter and the deep tissue massage and cupping to relax the muscles is the greatest for better form and flexibility.

★★★★★ — Ryan, Feb 2024

Yesterday I received my first treatment from Stephanie. I choose the hot stone package and she did an incredible job! I used to work at a massage spa so I have plenty of massage experience to compare this to. This really was one of the best treatments I’ve gotten and I’m looking forward to my next appointment.

★★★★★ — Anna, Feb 2023

Stephanie is very good at what she does! The passion she has for her work really shows in the service she provides to her clients. I go twice a month to sustain my body because of muscle issues and my job. I couldn’t do life without her. She also takes care of my daughter who is special needs with thoughtful care.

★★★★★ — Tammy, Feb 2024

I tried so many different massage places in town and I can tell you that Stephanie is the best! She has such deep knowledge of muscle structure and body needs to heal and make it function better! All my stress and pain goes away after her session! I feel happy and relaxed! Thank you so much for good care of me!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
