I’ve had the pleasure of receiving multiple treatments from Rosa at Naperville Healing Center, including lymphatic drainage, cupping, Reiki, and Mayan healing, and every experience has been nothing short of amazing. Rosa is incredibly knowledgeable, intuitive, and truly gifted.
I went to see Rosa for chronic fatigue and body pain. She is an amazing person and a talented healer. My favorite treatments are the cupping therapy, as well as the lymph drainage used in conjunction with the muscle strengthening machine. She also has this amazing PEMF mat which is so beyond relaxing and healing.
My my recommended me to go to see Rosa because I had problems with my neck. My wife assumed that it was all stress so I had the Cupping and Ultrasound and felt a lot better physically and mentally. I will continue to go with her my next treatment is the Mayan spiritual Healing. She is great!

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
