I have been a grateful customer since 2015. Frank has been part of my personal support system taking care of many sport injuries, recovery from car accident and the daily grind of every day stress. There are very few practitioners who continue to develop and further their knowledge of their craft.
I have been dealing with neck pain for over 10 years. I have tried everything with the exception of surgery to try and get this resolved. Dr. Grill changed that. Not only did he help me relieve my pain issues, he also educated me in plain terms on exactly where the problems stem from in the body.
Back Pain/ Sciatica: Dr Frank really knows how to cure Sciatica. I was in lot of pain when I went to Dr. Frank. He was able to help right in first session. Dr. Frank is very patient and gives attention to every detail to understand the root cause of pain and then treat the same very effectively.
Dr. Frank is wonderful. So knowledgeable and thorough during his assessment and treatments. I have gone to him for accupuncture over the years for different concerns and I always leave my visits feeling better in short term and with sustainable improvement after a handful of sessions. Highly recommend!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
