I went for my very first reiki session with Stephany and it was amazing! She was very informative about what it was and how the process works. She was also extremely intuitive and gave a clear reading from the moment I walked in to the time I walked out. I can’t wait until my next session. She was great!

I had my first session done by Ms. Stephany & it was a blessing. She’s really good at what she does! After my first session I felt way better than what I did, I started getting more positive energy around me. I couldn’t be anymore grateful for her time 🤍 THANK YOU AGAIN ! 10/10 highly recommend.

I had my first Reiki session done with Stephanie when I was really sick and had a few other things going on in my life. After 30 minutes of the session I could feel so much better, physically and emotionally. Would definitely come back for more sessions, and the price is also very reasonable.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
