From the reviews
I had an excellent experience with Henry. He focused on the tight knots in my neck and shoulders, and I noticed significant pain relief after the session. I also regained better range of motion in my neck and arms, which made a noticeable difference.
10/10 Highly recommend!! Henry was professional and incredibly knowledgeable. I came in for some lower back pain and I felt like Henry had listened to all my needs and concerns attentively. He was able to diagnose the origin of my pain and alleviated much of it which was honestly incredible.
First visit with Henry today. He was personable, informative throughout the session, noted my concerns, did a flexibility/mobility evaluation, and proceeded. He worked diligently, with just the right intensity, and continually verified my comfort level.
Henry was absolutely fantastic! I had a pinched nerve, and he was able to fit me in the very next day. He guided me through a series of movements to pinpoint the exact source of the issue. The massage itself felt incredible, and he incorporated active movements when working the muscles to deepen the massage.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
