What clients say about the cupping here
“Very knowledgeable, caring, supportive and works very hard to help me get relief from pain and teaches me different exercises to build myself back up to recovery.”
“I saw Carrington as my primary physical therapist, I felt pushed just the perfect amount and anything that I brought up as I felt I needed more focus on was listened to and adjusted as needed.”

From the reviews
I just had a total knee replacement two weeks ago. I have to say, Rebecca, my physical therapist and the whole team there seem very professional, Knowledgeable and respectful. I really like that You are one on one with your PT.
I chose Saratoga Sports PT of NY after a rotator cuff surgery not really knowing what to expect. It was close to my house and I liked the website. I was immediately impressed with all aspects of the practice.
Two years ago I needed physical therapy and my doctor recommended Sports PT. I had such a good experience then that when I needed PT again this year, for something different, I was happy and comfortable going back to Sports PT.
Fourteen months ago I severed my Achilles tendon and was referred to MVPT for physical therapy. I have been to many different places for physical therapy over the years and MVPT is by far the best place I have been.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
